Shasta Daisy

Cannot believe it is the end of September and the leaves are starting to turn colors already.   I am not quite ready to give up summer yet!  I decided I was going to hold on to summer little longer by making a card with Shasta daisies from The Rubber Cafe.  Using the Spellbinders Nestabilities scalloped ovals and the Shasta Daisy stamp.  I came up with this quick and easy card that could be used for any occasion.

Birthdays and Balloons

Wednesday September 29, 2010

Do you ever have small pieces of ribbon left over and don’t know what you are going to use them for?  I decided to use my small pieces of ribbon in an Iris Fold balloon pattern.  I want the affect that the dog (from birthdays and balloons
stamp set from The Rubber Cafe) was riding the balloon up to get his bone.  I used the layering technique to make the dog pop off the card.  Colored the dog with my copics pens which I just love how they blend together.  I never realized how easy the copics pens were to refill.  A few drops and you are ready to color.

Stop by and check out the fantastic selection of stamps at The Rubber CafĂ©.
Have yourself a great day and thanks for checking out by blog.  Make sure you leave me a comment.
